Get Started with the GymFlow App

Sign In & Set Up Access

Open the GymFlow app and select your club (Waco Bodymend)

Select "Forgot password"

Enter the email you signed up with and press submit.

​You will be sent a link to reset your password, it may take a few minutes to arrive, if it does not arrive please ensure to check your spam inbox.

Go to Profile > Access and grant permission for the app to use both Bluetooth and location, location must be set to "always allow".

Check Your
Phone's Permissions
Ensure the following settings are enabled to avoid access issues:
✅ Location: Set to "Always Allow"
(some devices require "Precise").
✅ Bluetooth: Must be enabled for
door access.

Opening Doors
Depending on your device and installed Kisi reader, use one of these methods:
Waive to Unlock
Tap to Unlock
Push Button to Unlock
iPhone users with Bluetooth enabled (Kisi Reader Pro 2 required).
Available for iPhones (Bluetooth) and Android (NFC).
Available on all devices with location enabled.
Problem
Shooting:
If you receive an "Access Denied" error on any door, check your permissions or membership status.

"Access Denied" error, generally related to location permission not allowed when using the "push button to unlock".

NFC or Bluetooth switched off

Issues unrelated to the setup of the App can also include:

Membership payment missed

Membership has not yet started
-
Membership paused
-
Membership payment not authorized

There are self-service actions built into the app to allow users to action these alerts and regain access on demand.
Booking CORE Services

Open the App
Tap the Book Icon at the bottom of your screen.

Select Appointment
On the Booking Screen, click the Red Appointment Button.

Choose Your Service
Pick the service you want to book from the list.

Select Your Facility
Choose the facility associated with the service.

Pick Your Date & Time
Select the preferred date and time for your appointment.

Confirm & Pay
Tap the red Pay Now button:

If you have credits in your account, you can pay using those.
-
If you don’t have credits, it will charge the single-use price.
-
To save, purchase a service package (e.g., a 3-Pack of Red Light Therapy).

Click the Shop Icon > Appointment Packages
